The new academic session will begin in the first week of April, so students are advised to review the Fees NIOS details and complete their NIOS Online Admission early to secure their seat.

Important Notes
- A Security Deposit is collected upon admission, and it is fully refundable without any interest.
- Full-Time learners’ Annual School Fees will be charged for 5 Subjects. Learners can study more than five subjects by paying additional fees if approved by the School Principal.
- If learners register for fewer than five subjects, learners must identify NIOS study centres for board examination.
- This programme is usually open only to learners in India. Learners from UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, Nepal, Qatar and Saudi Arabia should verify the availability of NIOS Exam centres nearby on their own.
- Attendance of classes and activities is mandatory. Learners may not be allowed to appear for Skola Online School examinations where attendance is less than 75% each Term.
- The Programme Start Date: First Weak of April , with the inauguration of the 6th Academic Year.
- To ensure all parents and learners are set up for success, attendance is required at Parent Orientation and Technical Training & Orientation.
- Parents Orientation will be held on First Weak of April of the Academic Session .
- Technical Orientation and Training will be held before the start of classes. Specific dates and times will be informed a few days in advance.
- Class size for each Batch will be as per the details mentioned on the website.
- All classes will be held from Monday to Friday as per School Almanac.
- Skola Online School will conduct the ACER International Benchmark Test for our learners from G3 to G8 in English, Science, Reasoning, and Mathematics at no additional cost. Attendance is compulsory and will be reported as part of our annual portfolio of learners.
- Various activities and Skola Online School Skills Workshop will be conducted after regular school hours and on Saturdays for learners and parents. These are optional and open for all learners at no extra cost.
- The School reserves the right to change Grade, Subject and Curriculum for academic reasons, including non-declaration of Special Education Needs of the learner at the time of registration.
Learning Material Kit Middle School (Grade 6-8) includes:
- Textbooks/Workbooks as per subjects.
- Subscription to eBooks or e-Content, where applicable.
- Digital Library.
- Canva and other design tools.
- Virtual Science Lab (Grade 6 onwards).
- Access to Tech Personalised Learning Platform (Grade 2 onwards).
- Learner Merchandise – ID card, School T-shirt, and School Academic Year table-top calendar.
- Computer & Coding Book and Platform.

- International shipping charges will be applied based on actual costs for the destination country and the selected shipping partner.
- Depending on the 2nd Language subject selected, additional cost apply for language books, which are not included in our Textbook fee.
- Learners can select any one 2nd and 3rd language subject from the below-mentioned options.
- While learners must study 2nd Language, studying a third language is optional for Grades 1 to 8.

- There is no additional tuition fee for studying a 2nd Language.
- The cost of the books for 2nd Language is additional, as mentioned above under the Fee table.
- Learners of Grades 9 to 12 who choose to pursue a third language will incur additional tuition fees of ₹7,500 for Indian Regional Language & ₹9,500 for Foreign Language.
- This fee will be payable in 2 instalments, mentioned in the below table:

- English is the First Language and Medium of Instruction.
- All learners must opt for a Second Language from Grades 1 to 8.
- Learners in Grades 1 to 8 can select a Third Language (optional) on payment of an additional fee, as outlined above. Classes will be held twice a week after regular school hours.
Schedule Details:
- Morning batch learners will attend Third Language classes in the afternoon.
- Afternoon batch learners will have their Third Language classes in the morning.
- Please make sure to check your time zone before opting for the Third Language.
- Prior knowledge of any language is mandatory for selecting a second language from Grade 2 to Grade 8. This is not relevant for Grade 1 learners.
- All figures are in Indian National Rupee (₹).
- Registration Fees is ₹500/- and non-refundable. This is paid only once at the time of registration.
- No additional fees or donations is charged.
- After registration, the admission is processed by paying the fee in installments or full-year fees.
- The Security Deposit is refundable without any interest on withdrawal after adjusting any dues.
- School Fee is payable as per the due dates mentioned above, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
- All fees must be paid through the bank account from the country of residence of the learner. Ex: if residing in Dubai, the payment should be made from a Dubai-based bank account, not an Indian bank account.
- Learner’s fees must be paid from either the parent’s, guardian’s, or learner’s account only. Payments made by any other person or company will not be accepted unless prior written notification is provided by the parents.
- An additional school fee of ₹1,000/- per month will be applicable for learners with Special Education Needs (SEN), where a Special Educator is assigned to the learner.
- Any Board Examinations, Centre Charges, and additional fees introduced by the respective Boards will be additional and excluded from the above.
- The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the learner’s interest and cannot be demanded. Non-receipt of communication from the school will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The school’s decision will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees.
- Fees must be paid online through the Mobile App/Invoice/link provided. We do not accept any liability for payments made through other unauthorized links, RTGS/NEFT/UPI/IMPS/Cheque/Demand Draft/Cash deposits, FATF Grey list Countries accounts, or any payments made to any other unauthorized person/individuals/employees or websites.
- Please be aware that Skola Online School or its employees will never ask for OTP, Credit/Debit Card/Account Details, CVV or any such financial sensitive data.
- Late payment charges of ₹100/- per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
- Requests for a change of curriculum, batch, or 3rd Language will be open only before the dispatch of the textbooks or the start of the academic year, whichever is earlier. Requests for such changes will not be entertained after the start of the academic year.
- Request for a Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, hard copies of marks sheet/revised fee receipts, or TC will attract payment of ₹800/- per instance. International Courier charges will be additional.
- The 6th academic year ends on 31st March 2026.
- The fee structure of Skola Online School is governed by its rules, policies, terms, and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.
- On payment of fees and registering with Skola Online School, you agree to abide by the above and will be considered as a consent of the above.
- Family concession (where two or more learners of the same parents are studying at Skola Online School) would be provided only for the younger sibling. The rebate permissible is 5% on School Fee. This rebate cannot be combined with any other scholarship, rebate or waiver of fees.
- Any Rebates and Scholarships are applicable only on the annual School Tuition Fees and adjusted against the last instalment. No rebate or waiver is applicable on the board examination fee, centre charges, or any similar additional cost as mentioned separately.
- Learners passing out from Skola Online School in Grade 10 or Grade 12 will get free membership to Skola Online School Alumni Crew.
