• The program starts in April every year with the inauguration of the 1st Academic Year.

• Parent Orientation and Technical Training & Orientation are mandatory to ensure parents and learners are set up for success.

• Parent Orientation will be held in the 2nd week of April of the current year.

• Technical Orientation and Training will take place before classes begin, with dates and times shared a few days in advance.

• Class size for each batch will follow the details provided on the website, along with updated fee information for transparency.

• All classes will be conducted from Monday to Friday as per the School Almanac.

• Various activities and Skills Workshops will be organized after school hours and on Saturdays for learners and parents, offered at no extra cost.

• Parents can refer to the website for complete and updated fee information, helping them plan for the academic year smoothly.

• The School reserves the right to modify Grade, Subject, or Curriculum for academic reasons, including undeclared Special Education Needs at the time of registration.

• Learning Material Kit  (Grade 9-12) includes the following:
  • Textbooks/Workbooks as per subjects.
  • Subscription to eBooks or e-Content, where applicable.
  • Digital Library.
  • Learner Merchandise – ID card.

  *Please note:

  • International shipping charges will be applied based on actual costs for the destination country and the selected shipping partner.
  • Depending on the 2nd Language subject selected, additional costs apply for language books, which are not included in our Textbook fee.

• Learners can select any one 2nd and 3rd language subject from the below-mentioned options. if Required 

• There is no additional tuition fee for studying a 2nd Language.
• The cost of the books for 2nd Language is additional, as mentioned above under the Fee table.
• Learners of Grades 9 to12 who choose to pursue a third language will incur additional tuition fees of ₹7500 for Indian Regional Language & ₹9500 for Foreign Language.
• This fee will be payable in 2 instalments, mentioned in the below table:

1. English is the First Language and Medium of Instruction.
2. All learners must opt for a Second Language from Grades 9 to 12.
3. Learners in Grades 9 to 12 can select a Third Language (optional) on payment of an additional fee, as outlined above. Classes will be held twice a week after regular school hours.

   Schedule Details:

   • Morning batch learners will attend Third Language classes in the afternoon.
   • Afternoon batch learners will have their Third Language classes in the morning.
     Please make sure to check your time zone before opting for the Third Language.
4. Prior knowledge of any language is mandatory for selecting a second language from Grade 9 to Grade 12. 

1. All figures are in Indian National Rupee (₹).
2. Registration Fees is ₹ 5000/- and non-refundable. This is paid only once at the time of registration.
3. No additional fees or donations is charged.
4. After registration, the admission is processed by paying the fee in installments or full-year fees.\
5. The Security Deposit is refundable without any interest on withdrawal after adjusting any dues.
6. School Fee is payable as per the due dates mentioned above, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
7. All fees must be paid through the bank account from the country of residence of the learner. Ex: if residing in Dubai, the payment should be made from a Dubai-based bank account, not an Indian bank account.
8. Student’s fees must be paid from either the parent’s, guardian’s, or own account only. Payments made by any other person or company will not be accepted unless prior written notification is provided by the parents.
9. An additional school fee of ₹ 1000/- per month will be applicable for learners with Special Education Needs (SEN), where a Special Educator is assigned to the learner.
10. Any Board Examinations, Centre Charges, and additional fees introduced by the respective Boards will be additional and excluded from the above.
11. The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the learner’s interest and cannot be demanded. Non-receipt of communication from the school will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The school’s decision will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees.
12. Fees must be paid online through the Mobile App/Invoice/ link provided. We do not accept any Cash or Third-Party Payments. We accept Fees through links provided by us, RTGS/NEFT/UPI/IMPS/Cheque/Demand Draft, Payment gateway in our website only. 
13. FATF Grey list Countries accounts, or any payments made to any other unauthorized person/ individuals/employees or websites will not be accepted and we are not responsible or held liable.
14. Please be aware that SKOLA online School or its employees will never ask for OTP, Credit / Debit Card / Account Details, CVV or any such financial sensitive data.
15. Late payment charges of ₹ 100/- per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
16. Requests for a change of curriculum, batch, or 3rd Language will be open only before the dispatch of the textbooks or the start of the academic year, whichever is earlier. Requests for such changes will not be entertained after the start of the academic year.
17. Request for a Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, hard copies of marks sheet / revised fee receipts, or TC will attract payment of ₹ 800/- per instance. International Courier charges will be additional.

21. The fee structure of Skola Online School is governed by its rules, policies, terms, and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.
22. On payment of fees and registering with Skola Online School, you agree to abide by the above and will be considered as a consent of the above.
